Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and milwan ("milwan", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the milwan website located at milwan.vip, including all games, sports betting markets, live casino services, payment processing, and any associated features or content (collectively, "the Services").

By creating a milwan account, logging in to milwan, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with milwan's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the milwan platform and close your account. Access to milwan constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Terms currently in force.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The milwan platform is strictly an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the Services, or place any bet or wager at milwan. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. milwan reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the milwan platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. milwan does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the Services are legally available in any particular location in Pakistan or elsewhere. Players access milwan at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from their use of the platform.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account at milwan. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. milwan may close all accounts belonging to a player found to hold multiple accounts and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the milwan registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwan login credentials. milwan will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify milwan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

milwan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. milwan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Account Currency

All milwan accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. milwan is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees levied by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the milwan cashier at the time of transaction. milwan reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your milwan account are subject to the completion of KYC verification. milwan may request proof of identity (national identity card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

3.5 Player Funds

Player funds held in milwan accounts are maintained separately from milwan's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect player funds in the ordinary course of business, though milwan does not provide any guarantee regarding the treatment of player funds in all circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, milwan may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all milwan promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. milwan reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player or account.
• milwan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including, but not limited to, bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or collusion — may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and the voiding of associated winnings.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, milwan may deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at milwan are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting rules applicable across the milwan platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. milwan does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by specific game or market rules.
• milwan reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or prices resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's PKR balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, milwan's determination will be final and binding, subject to milwan's internal complaints procedure.
• milwan reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account where betting patterns suggest match-fixing, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are available in the milwan help centre.

Cricket betting at milwan, including PSL fixtures and Pakistan international matches, is governed by the milwan Cricket Betting Rules document, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

milwan is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. As part of this commitment, milwan provides the following tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out of milwan.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active sessions display elapsed time and net session result in PKR.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion via the milwan account settings. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account pauses are available for players who wish to take a break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milwan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering as or impersonating another person, or providing false identity information.
• Opening or operating more than one milwan account.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the milwan platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions in milwan games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match manipulation, or coordinated betting activity.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Accessing milwan on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds legitimately deposited at milwan. milwan treats chargebacks as fraudulent and will pursue recovery through all available legal means.

Intellectual Property

All content on the milwan platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of milwan or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the milwan platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any milwan content without express written permission from milwan. Unauthorised use of milwan intellectual property constitutes infringement and milwan reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milwan and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the milwan platform or Services, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the milwan platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or market data;
• Unauthorised access to your milwan account by third parties;
• Any action taken by milwan in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure;
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations affecting the availability of the Services.

milwan provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. milwan does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact

10.1 Amendments

milwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the milwan website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the milwan platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the milwan Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and milwan with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
